My Animated .gif My first efforts in developing my own animated .gif was coming up with a rocket surprise ending. The techniques applied and story I created was to layer images in the background and animating the rocket to make it look like it blew up the Death Star. Rocket Surprise Ending Drama/Play My school themed gif I chose was drama. I decided on this school theme because I had recently tried out for and gotten a part in a play, finding information such as the plot of the play we were doing, "Arsenic and Old Lace" and when we were going to open. My animated gif message was to spread awareness of the play and bring some attention to it. I believe the intended audience, the students of Colony, will respond to my animation because ... I sent the gif to Mr. Cash, the theatre director, and have not yet received a response. What I would do differently with my next project would be to create smoother animations and to add more details and in
